Artists 303 Committee
Artists303 is run by a Committee which meets between four and six times a year. There is Chairman and, in addition to elected Committee members, other members may be co-opted as required from time to time.
Non-members may serve on the Committee to offer specialist advice and help as particular needs arise, eg. the Treasurer, Administrative Assistant, and Graduate Representative. Appointment to the Committee is usually for a three year period but this period is often extended if the member is happy to continue. Additionally, sub-groups are formed as necessary to undertake specific tasks with responsibility to the main Committee.
It is part of the Constitution that all members take their turn in serving on the Committee and any member is welcome to attend any Committee meeting.

The Annual General Meeting is usually held in March and all members are encouraged to attend. This is also an important social event where lunch is served and a secret ballot is held on whether to invite applicants for membership to join. See Membership for more details.
The Committee appoints a curator and team of members to hang exhibitions and, over a period of time, all members are involved in this activity.
