Born in Valparaiso, Chile, have lived in G.B. since the late 50’s.
Studied at: Toledo University, Ohio, U.S.A., Central School of Speech and Drama, London School of Economics, London, Bristol University, Somerset College of Arts and Technology, B.A. Fine Arts, Plymouth University.
I have travelled extensively in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, Scandinavia and Australia. My travels have been a source of inspiration and have had a marked influence in my work.
In addition to painting I have design a book jacket for an anthology “Speaking our minds”, published by MacMillan. Illustrations and poster designs promoting “the recruitment of foster parents” for Devon County Council. Illustrations for E.C. literature: “Forum on FIIV/Aids, Children and Families support programme.
Exhibitions: Solo exhibitions in London and Stroud.
Group exhibitions in Bristol, Exeter, Taunton, Somerton, Tiverton, Watchet and other West Country locations.
Prizes: In 1990 won first prize in an open competition organised by the Artists And Illustrators Magazine at the Design Center, London.
